Challenge
The client operated an EMR system developed in Delphi 7 that had become difficult to scale. It lacked compliance features like HL7 integration and audit trails, posing risks in a tightly regulated healthcare environment.
Solution
We migrated the entire codebase to Delphi 10.4, restructured modules for better scalability, and added HL7 and FHIR compatibility. User roles, access logs, and e-signatures were built into the system to meet compliance requirements. BI dashboards were integrated to allow doctors and management to analyze patient trends.
