1) How do we engage?

We begin with a quick call to understand your Delphi requirements, project objectives, and tech stack used. Once we have the overall idea of what is expected, we can decide on the engagement model best suited for you, i.e. hiring dedicated Delphi developer or a fixed price model.

2) How quickly can I hire a Delphi developer?

We can deploy a Delphi developer within 3–5 business days. For bigger team hiring, we suggest to scale up in phases, adding more Delphi developers on monthly basis as you gain confidence in the first hired developer.

11) Can you provide Delphi developers for long term?

12) Do your programmers communicate in English?

21) Can I see examples of Delphi code written by your developers?

Being into services, every major Delphi code we've written to date is exclusively for our clients. We won't be able to show the clients' code, however, as an alternative we can connect you to the clients to understand their perspective on the quality. To prove our proficiency, we are open to taking up a pilot project to help you understand the skills of our developers.

22) The learning curve is too much for my Delphi application. We may not be able to make this work.

25) Can I get a dedicated project manager to oversee my Delphi project?

Yes. For larger engagements, a dedicated project manager can be assigned to handle planning, coordination, reporting, and communication.

26) Can I get regular progress reports and updates?

Yes. You receive scheduled reports, daily, weekly, or as preferred, including progress, blockers, timelines, and upcoming tasks. Also, developer and Project Manager, both will be in touch with you for updates.

27) How do you handle differences in time zones or work schedules when working with international clients?
