We’re looking for a Delphi developer with a solid foundation and a few years of hands-on experience. You’ll work on maintaining and enhancing desktop applications used in real-world scenarios across various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Delphi-based applications Debug and resolve technical issues in legacy code
  • Collaborate with senior developers to implement new features
  • Optimize code for performance and maintainability
  • Write clear documentation for internal use

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Delphi development Knowledge of Object Pascal, VCL, and FireDAC
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., Firebird, SQL Server)
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with modern Delphi versions (Delphi 10.x or later)
  • Exposure to Git or SVN
  • Experience working in Agile teams
