We’re looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between clients and the technical team by translating business needs into clear software requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document client requirements
  • Analyze workflows, identify gaps, and suggest improvements
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams
  • Create wireframes, user stories, and process documentation
  • Support UAT and change management activities

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent documentation and communication abilities
  • Experience working with software development teams

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices
  • Experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Balsamiq
  • Domain experience in manufacturing, fintech, or healthcare
