We’re looking for a Project Manager with experience in software development projects, able to balance technical understanding with team coordination and client communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Create detailed project plans and manage timelines
  • Communicate with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams
  • Identify and manage project risks and dependencies
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in IT
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana)

Preferred Skills:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification
  • Basic understanding of Delphi/.NET or Java-based projects
  • Experience managing offshore or distributed teams
