Challenge
The client operated a Delphi 7-based scheduling and asset management system for television broadcasting. The interface was outdated, new employees found it unintuitive, and it lacked modern integrations needed to manage streaming workflows.
Solution
We revamped the UI/UX using modern VCL components and FMX styles, making it visually appealing and user-friendly. REST APIs were added to sync with third-party platforms like AWS Media Services. We also introduced real-time dashboards for schedule tracking and added role-based access control.
Result
The modern interface significantly reduced training time for new employees. The system became more scalable, allowing the client to easily integrate cloud-based video processing services. Operational efficiency increased by 35-40%.
